STEP 2: EXPLORE CAREERS > CAREER LEADER

Maximize the value of your MBA.

CareerLeader® is an online approach to career self-assessment developed by two psychologists working with MBAs at Harvard Business School. It is designed to help MBA students make more realistic and satisfying career decisions.

The tool consists of three in-depth assessments that are used to create an individual profile for each student and provide detailed information about which business careers best fit their profile. CareerLeader is an objective assessment that will help you make better decisions about your MBA concentration and ultimate career path. Best of all, DePaul offers it free to all its graduate business students.

Once you take the three tests online, results are available right upon completion. Most of the information provided in CareerLeader is available for downloading, so you may save it and review it again and again during your MBA studies and beyond.

CareerLeader is available at www.careerdiscovery.com.
To register, you must receive your username and password from the MBA Career Management Center at mba@depaul.edu.
Please include your name and DePaul student ID number in your request.
